Refund policy

 Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since the purchase, we can not offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories. If any packaging, parts or accessories are missing or damaged, this may be deducted from the refund amount, or the refund may not be accepted.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@midnightperformance.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the address and instructions for postage. When we receive the item it will be inspected to ensure the product meets the conditions above.

The customer will cover the cost of shipping. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that upon receiving a refund, the cost of our shipping will be deducted from your refund.

*Please note we cannot issue a refund on international orders, orders under £20, consumable items and any items that are made to order, such as induction kits.*

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible
